Cancellation Policy
If a client wishes to cancel or change an appointment, notice must be given at least 24 hours in advance. Deposits will not be refunded but may be used toward the total balance of the next booking. If the client cancels or reschedules less than a day before the appointment, the refund will not be available to use toward the next booking.
